Additional Software:
All examples of the lecture were prepared with the software ImageJ . The following plugins are
available from this site:
- Jython - an ImageJ plugin for using the scripting language Jython.
Installation instructions:
- Install Jython from www.jython.org.
- Unzip the plugin in the directory ImageJ/plugins/Jython.
- use the command java -cp ij.jar;jython.jar;. ij.ImageJ or copy jython.jar
to <java>/jre/lib/ext
- FFT - a ImageJ plugin for the Fast Fourier Transformation (obsolete)
- JCrust - an improved Jython/java shell for
interactive use
Installation instructions:
- unzip the file in the directory jython21/jcrust and edit jcrust.bat
Additionally the following sample images are provided.
